Fantech Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

1.1 Geographical Scope: Affiliate sales counted for commission purposes are intended for purchases made on www.fantechworld.com only. Eligible regions include the United States, Japan, Canada, Vietnam, Singapore, Mexico, South Korea, New Zealand, Malaysia, Australia, Israel, Chile, Colombia, United Kingdom, Europe, and South Africa.

1.2 Exclusion of Other Regions: For regions not specified above, including but not limited to Brazil, affiliates are encouraged to direct their audience to the AliExpress affiliate program or other local marketplace affiliate programs. 2. Affiliate Sales:

2.1 Eligible Transactions: Commissionable sales are restricted to transactions completed on www.fantechworld.com within the specified eligible regions.

2.2 Exclusions: Sales originating from regions outside the specified list are not eligible for commission through the Fantech Affiliate Program.

3. Commission Structure:

3.1 Calculation: Commissions will be calculated based on eligible sales as specified in Section 2.

3.2 Payment: Fantech will process affiliate payments in accordance with the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy. All affiliate sales will be accumulated by the 30th day of each month and processed within a week.

4.2 Misrepresentation: Affiliates are prohibited from misrepresenting Fantech products, making false claims, or engaging in any deceptive marketing practices.

5.1 Violation of Terms: Fantech reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program if there is a violation of these terms and conditions or if the affiliate engages in unethical or fraudulent activities.
